Tai Lam

はじめまして! My name is Tai and I was a junior high ALT in Saga-ken for 2 years. One of the many highlights was Karatsu Kunchi, my hometown’s festival in early November. If you get a chance to visit at that time, do let me know which float (曳山) is your favourite.

One of the first JET alumni activities I got involved in was dragonboating with JETAABC. Since 2014, I have been a board member of the organization, leading it as President for four years and helping to launch the Metro Vancouver Japan Bowl competition for highschool students learning Japanese. I am passionate about building community and am honoured to be a part of the JETAAI network as the Canadian representative. よろしくお願いします!
